The Land Development Regulations (LDRs) involves a comprehensive update of the City’s development-related ordinances. This includes zoning, subdivision and related standards that affect development options and compatibility in neighborhoods, historic districts, commercial and industrial areas, beachfront and wetland locations, and other special places on the Island. The project also includes a reworking of the City’s development review and approval processes.
